Newborn Sleep Goals for the First Weeks

Newborn Sleep Goals for the first 10 weeks. Setting foundations for better sleep is a step in the right direction for you and your little one. The first few weeks at hime with a new baby can feel very confusing. While I don’t suggest sleep training a baby until after 4 months, you can absolutely practice and work on some sleep goals to set you and baby up for the best sleep habits possible.

I hope this is helpful and encourages your first weeks with your newborn. My goal is for you and your family to have the tools you need to help your baby build a foundation to get the sleep they need to be their best.

If you have any questions or want to dive deeper into sleep issues your little one is facing, please feel free to send me a DM on Instagram – instagram.com/thesleepinghouse or send me an email danielle@thesleeping.com
